Grade Level
Tuesday 1 to 2 pm & Tuesday 2 to 3 pm
6th -12th graders both hours
About the Course
In this low-pressure class we’ll use both improvisation and scripted scenes to look at various theatrical traditions, varying from Aristotle to August Wilson. We will learn a little about a theatrical tradition/style and then put that style on its feet where everyone will have the opportunity to work as a team and then share their work with other members of the class! But don’t worry – no prior experience is needed – only an open mind and a willingness to think creatively and play as a team!
